One of the most sought after parts are the floor mats. Discontinued and a wear item, there is a constant hunt for new ones.<br>
Redline used to make replacments until slapped with a cease and desist from Ford. Discontinue the item then stop others from making it. That is nice.<br>

Checking the rear of the mat, the stich holding the carpet onto the rubber is an overlock stich. Most likely a carpet binder machine was used.<br>

In theory the process to make one would be:<br>
1) get the carpet<br>
2) get rubber mat<br>
3) cut carpet and mat to fit<br>
4) Shear down, then embrodier logo<br>
5) carpet bind them together.<br>
